今年度より採択された学術変革領域研究（A）「元素生命学」の第1回領域会議が、ワークプラザ岐阜（岐阜市）にて開催されました。生命科学と地球科学の融合を目指す本領域では、「元素」という視点から地球と生命の共進化の理解に挑みます。当日は、異分野の研究者が一堂に会し、活発で熱意あふれる議論が展開されました。これからの5年間が本当に楽しみです！
The inaugural meeting of the Grant-in-Aid for Transformative Research Areas (A) project, “Element-based Biology,” newly launched this fiscal year, was held at Work Plaza Gifu in Gifu City. This research area aims to integrate life sciences and Earth sciences, seeking to understand the co-evolution of the Earth and life through the perspective of chemical elements. Researchers from diverse disciplines gathered for the meeting, engaging in dynamic and enthusiastic discussions. We look forward with great anticipation to the developments that will unfold over the next five years.
